Starting as early as 6 months old, our Beginner & Survival Swim Lessons give young swimmers the foundational skills they need to stay safe and feel confident in the water — right from the very first lesson.

What They'll Learn

Through gentle, structured, and progressive sessions, your child will develop:

  • Submersion and underwater comfort

  • Independent floating and rolling over

  • Moving toward the wall for support

  • The swim-float-swim survival sequence

Session Details

Sessions are 20 minutes long and scheduled around your family's routine — no rigid programs, no pressure. Just consistent, personalized progress every step of the way.

Advanced Swim Lessons

For swimmers who've moved past the basics, these sessions are designed to challenge your child, sharpen their technique, and build real endurance and confidence in the water.

What to Expect

Your child will work on:

  • All four competitive strokes — freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly

  • Treading water with calm and control

  • Building endurance through longer distances

  • Diving, flip turns, and push-offs

Session Details
